Members are responsible for working directly with their fuel provider regarding:

• Account setup
• Fuel deliveries
• Contracts
• Credit checks

• Service issues
• Accounts must remain in good standing with the provider to retain discounted pricing.

Discounted Membership Programs

• Members receiving Veteran, Employee, Association, or other discounted memberships may be asked to provide proof of eligibility.
• Failure to provide requested documentation may result in membership termination.

Household Membership

• A separate membership is required for each household, service address, apartment, or family account.

Fixed Price Programs

• AmeriGas fixed-price gallons are limited. If program gallons are exhausted and additional gallons cannot be secured, deliveries may be billed at the provider's variable or Rack-Plus rate.

Communications

By joining, you agree to receive email and text communications regarding:

• Membership notices
• Billing reminders
• You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Membership Suspension or Revocation

• Hilltop reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke membership at its discretion.

Changes to Terms

• These terms may be updated periodically. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

Liability

• Hilltop Energy Buyer's Group's role is limited to negotiating fuel programs and member pricing. Hilltop does not deliver fuel, manage provider billing, perform service work, conduct credit checks, or control provider pricing, policies, or delivery schedules.
• By participating in Hilltop programs, members agree to hold Hilltop Energy Buyer's Group, its owners, employees, and representatives harmless from any claims, damages, losses, disputes, service interruptions, pricing changes, delivery issues, property damage, personal injury, or other matters arising from their relationship or dealings with participating fuel providers.

Acceptance

• By enrolling in Hilltop Energy Buyer's Group, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Please have the following information available before starting enrollment:

• Fuel provider account number
• Approximate annual usage from July 1 through the following June 30
• Name listed on the fuel provider account. Membership must be enrolled under the same name as the fuel provider account.
• Fuel delivery address
• Debit or credit card for membership payment. Checks are not accepted.

1. Enroll in an eligible Hilltop fuel plan. Be sure to review all provider terms, requirements, and restrictions. Under membership, tank swap fees are waived as long as tanks are of the same size and placed in the same location.
2. Wait 3–7 business days before contacting the fuel provider to allow time for Hilltop to submit your enrollment information and for the provider to update their system.
3. Account Setup: Contact (Provider Name) at 000-000-0000 or visit providerwebsite.com to establish service. Be sure to identify yourself as a Hilltop member.You may need:
   • Current fuel provider and account number
   • Estimated annual fuel usage
   • Service address
   • Payment information
4. Site Inspection: Provider will schedule a site inspection to verify equipment, tank location, and compliance with applicable safety and code requirements.
5. Tank Installation & Service Activation: Provider will schedule installation of new tanks, service activation, and initial fuel delivery.
6. Current Fuel Provider: Move your current account from Automatic Delivery to Will-Call service to avoid deliveries at your current provider's pricing.
7. Tank Removal: Contact your current fuel provider to arrange removal of their tanks and discuss any remaining fuel credits, fees, or charges that may apply.
